Policy

Majority of our products have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us through our email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After the return has been processed, you can be asked to provide the Customer Care with the pictures of the product to support the claim/reason of return/refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (This doesn't include the Boxes, packages outer covering and cases)


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We accept returns for Figurines only in the case of damage in transit or misprint. (Code:TF193). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns for Clothing Accessories in case of a size/fit issue (Code:TF880). Only acceptable returns related to Clothing accessories/Apparels is, in case of Damaged/Defective Product (Code:TF104) or Printing Mistakes(Code:TF703).

Code:TF738 (Quality not as expected in comfort/dimension/colour/shade/material) doesn't fall under our return policy either. Precise details and reviews are available on our website for customers to read and refer before making a purchase. Please note, the dimensions of the products are approximate and may have a slight difference of a few centimeters. The colour on the website might look different due to screen and lighting. Some details of our unofficial products are handcrafted, which may result in minor imperfections such as slight shade variations, small spots, subtle marks, or minimal stitching inconsistencies. In case of Prominent inconsistencies and defects that totally afect the quality of the product, the product is eligible for a replacement.

Shipping merchandise takes time and can be delayed due to various reasons, hence we do not guarantee precise delivery time. Delayed Delivery (Code: TF692) doesn't fall under our return policy.

We accept returns for custom manufactured and limited edition products only in case of Damaged/Defective Product received.(Code: TF078).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges/Return
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return/Exchange of Clothing accessories in case of Code TF880 will not be accepted, as a detailed size chart is available for the customers to refer before making a purchase.


Refunds
After initiating the return request via our Email Support, we will notify after the warehouse team has inspected your return. Once approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.

Pre-Sale Limited Edition Products:
Orders for limited edition Pre-Sale items cannot be canceled, as these products are manufactured only after reaching a required minimum bulk quantity. Production and delivery times for these items are exceptionally long. In the event that the minimum production quantity is not met, resulting in the inability to begin production, refunds will be issued. However, once production has started, the purchase amount is non-refundable. Please note that pre-order products may take over 30 days to be delivered.

Gift Items:
Gift Bags, Gift Cards, and Gift Boxes cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been assembled and shipped.

EU Customers — Pre-Sale & Limited Edition Orders
Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673 and the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
To exercise this right, please use the withdrawal button available on our website.
Pre-Sale Orders
Our limited edition products are offered on a pre-sale basis, with an estimated shipping timeframe of 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase. Please note the following:
Your 14-day withdrawal period begins on the date you physically receive your order, not the date of purchase.
You may submit a withdrawal request before your order has been dispatched. In this case, we will do our best to intercept the shipment. However, if the order has already been collected by our courier, you will need to either refuse delivery or return the item once received.
If your order is in transit at the time of your withdrawal request, we will process your refund upon receipt of the returned item.
Returns & Refunds
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or proof that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. However, if the item arrives damaged or incorrectly fulfilled, we will cover return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalised to your specifications.
