For me it took almost a month to finally arrive, I was communicating with them in insta if there was any questions or problems I had and they were very friendly and helpful! But for those who care about the package from the outside, it WILL be slightly damaged at the sides which is normal and not that big of a deal, I just mostly care about the inside. It is beautiful, I sincerely bought it only because the cakes come out, I peeero seeing a little of its functions, it is quite practical, more if you like to have a record of your activity and so on, in addition to being able to control your phone like music and notifications and if you lose your phone often, it is very easy to find it. Yes, the only detail is that it is in English, but it is even intuitive basic English in case you don't know anything about the language.
