Sweetly wobbles like a slime; it glows beautifully in the light with a mint color. Rang (in high tone) only when I actually hung this thing-at the window with a weak wind, apparently, sounds will rarely make, but aint complaining at all. But I didn't take it for sounds, but just to hang beautifully. Copes with this task.
