The figurine and box first arrived in horrible shape, lots of damages and scratches, the hand that is supposed to hold her umbrella was broken off, and a part of the umbrella was missing.
Customer support was friendly and helpful, and after returning the damaged figurine and them sending in a replacement, this one came in undamaged.
It is a small hassle to properly put her on to the base properly, and you need to be careful when trying to put the sword in her hand, but it is a very nice figurine!
The figurine is actually from a higher quality than I expected. However, the box isn't very good at keeping the figurine protected and the hand was broken, making me use super glue to fix it.
Very nice figure. Just like in the photos. I was not able to fully insert the front foot peg into the hole in the base but figured it out at the end so fully inserted & very tight so it’s stable enough.
The figure is really beautiful, I am very satisfied with the quality. Has arrived in perfect condition and has no lack of details in the paint job. 10/10
The figure is very good, the details are very good and I surprised myself quite a lot. I had to stick the umbrella in her hand as it was little unstable and falling all the time. In addition, it was a little difficult to fit her to the base, I had to force a lot to be stabilized.
In spite of this, figure 10/10. They wrapped very well (very much) and arrived in 11 days, it is much more than recommended!
